We believe the contents and specifications of our catalog are correct. We assume no liability for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices or model applications. We reserve the right to change specifications, product descriptions, product quality, pricing and application at any time without notice and without further obligation. The reproduction of any material from our catalogs is forbidden without our written approval.


We reserve the right to increase prices between catalog printings.

Terms of service:

All orders placed will ship by the next business day using the most economical way. FREE Ground shipping applies to lower 48 states only and exclude Oversized items. An email will be sent to you once the order was shipped with tracking and order information. We accept Visa, Master card, Discover, and American Express.We can only ship to an address that matches your credit card information (no others will be shipped). If you feel a product is defective please contact us at 866-791-6270 or support@psr-usa.com

Retail Return and Exchange Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund less the shipping expense we incurred getting the product to you using your original method of payment. All products returned must be in new, unused condition with all packaging and tags included. Once the items are ridden in or installed on the bike we are unable to take them back. The only exception to this would be defective items. (Please see Warranty Terms below). Eligible returns or exchanges must be arranged within 30 calendar days from shipping date. The return or exchange must be shipped back to PSR within 10 business days from receipt of RMA #. We reserve the right to apply a 10% restocking fee when the item in question does not meet our return criteria. Please make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in. If you install the parts or ride in the gear at all it is used and cannot be resold. Any part that shows signs of being installed may not be returned.

PSR is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. United Parcel Service is generally the least expensive shipping method. DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK TO US C.O.D. Our warehouse will not accept any C.O.D. shipments

Note: All PSR products are sold as is with no other claims made or implied. All PSR products must be installed by a qualified mechanic. Some PSR products are sold for off road close course use only.

Dealer Return and Exchange Policy:

Contact us and request an RMA Number and the shipping address at 866-791-6270 or support@psr-usa.com for any eligible item. (Item cannot be used or installed, must have original packaging/tags and no more than 30 days from the date you received the item. All return items must be approved prior to being sent back. The original invoice or original invoice number must be present in order to receive a valid return authorization number. The return authorization number issued must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package. All items will be inspected by PSR before any further action takes place. The inspection process may take up to 30 days, but no longer. All return items are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

PSR MAP Policy:

1. No PSR Trademark or Copyrighted Material may be used in any advertisement, catalog, or publication, whether printed, audio, video, or electronic unless the price used is the Suggested Retail Price as published by PSR. Dealer name / business name, and address must be clearly identified when PSR Trademark and/or Copyrighted Material is being used.

2. Dealer may not advertise any PSR products under the Suggested Retail Price in any media including but not limited to radio, television, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs, forums, internet websites, 3rd party and/or auction sites, email, and in any print media, such as direct mailings, catalogs, price lists, flyers, group faxes, tradeshow signs, newspaper ads, and magazine ads.

3. Dealer may not use any rebate, discount, coupon, promotion, giveaway, or incentive in advertisement applied solely and directly to PSR products in any advertising medium.

4. Dealer may sell PSR products at any price in their sole discretion. Dealer agrees the Policy applies strictly to advertised prices and will not in any way restrict the Dealer’s ability to determine its own resale prices in person-to-person communication.

5. Policy Enforcement:

FIRST OFFENSE : Dealer will receive a documented notice of violation (“Notice”) and will given thirty (30) calendar days to remove the offending print  advertisements from publication and distribution and three (3) business days to remove any offending electronic advertisements.

SECOND OFFENSE : Within 18 months of the prior offense, Dealer will received a Notice and will be placed on a non-ship basis for a period of thirty (30) days from date of the Notice with regards to all products relating to the PSR Trademark and will not have access to Copyrighted Material and use of the PSR Trademark.

THIRD OFFENSE : Within 18 months of the prior offense, Dealer will received a Notice and will be placed on a non-ship basis for a period of sixty (60) days from date of the Notice with regards to all products relating to the PSR Trademark and will not have access to Copyrighted Material and use of the PSR Trademark.

FOURTH OFFENSE : Within 18 months of the prior offense Dealer will received a Notice and will be placed on a non-ship basis with regards to all products relating to the PSR Trademark and will not have access to Copyrighted Material and use of the PSR Trademark.

6. Nothing herein shall be construed to give Dealer any right, title or interest in the PSR Trademark or Copyrighted Material.

PSR, unilaterally and in its sole and absolute discretion, shall monitor, regulate and enforce this Policy. Any complaints concerning adherence to this Policy should be reported to PSR. This Policy is subject to change at PSR’s sole discretion.


All products manufactured by PSR are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Defective products will be replaced or credit given at our option. PSR makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. PSR will not be held liable for any loss or damages incidental, direct or consequential from the use of, or inability to use, PSR products. Use other than specified voids warranty. Any alterations to products or product mounting areas, also voids warranty. Non-PSR products are guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturer’s own terms of warranty.

All parts should be installed by a certified technician.

What Voids the Warranty?

Abuse, misuse, improper installation and modifications.

Custom applications

No proof of purchase at the time of warranty. Claimant must provide proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) and a warranty authorization number (RMA) obtained from PSR (866-791-6270).

Finishes such as plating or painted surfaces with discoloration or rust due to inclement weather conditions, exposure to salt, exposure to chemicals, or lack of maintenance by the customer are not covered.

Extent of Warranty:

Any defective part/parts will be repaired or replaced by PSR furthermore PSR is not responsible for any other expense incurred by the customer under the terms of this limited warranty, nor is PSR responsible for any damages either consequential, incidental, special, contingent or otherwise; or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of the product in question. Any Product returned to PSR must be sent at the customer’s expense along with the proof of purchase and return merchandize authorization (RMA). PSR reserves the right to determine whether the terms of the warranty, set out above, have been properly followed. In the event that the terms are not followed this warranty is void. PSR is the sole determiner of abuse, misuse, installation errors and modifications. Should any of these be found, this warranty is void. The duration of any and all implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warranty. All incidental or consequential damages are hereby excluded. The warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
