May help reduce arthritis hand pain when using clutch/brake levers. **due to OEM thicker tolerance on some lever mounts, ‘19+ touring models may need slight thinning to avoid being too tight.
Users are to exercise proper judgment to determine optimal performance.
If lever is too close, it would run out of cable play and won’t fully disengage. It should not be adjusted all the way in.
Check clutch cable to have minimal play. If too much free play, it would not have enough cable travel for clutch disengagement.
